Cancer is one of the leading killers of humankind right now. Increasing pollution (air, water, adulteration of food products and more), unhealthy lifestyle, less or no exercising, all this leads to the menace of cancer.
But what people do not understand is cancer can be prevented if you lead a disciplined and healthy lifestyle. The biggest ally of cancers, like smoking, should be cut out. How can you prevent cancer? The answer is quite simple. By avoiding things like smoking, unhealthy food, etc. that cause it in the first place.
